In 2012, Pipeline Supply & Service acquired Allied Industrial Supply, North States Supply, and Wasatch Supply. These acquisitions expanded Pipeline Supply & Service's industrial product market share within the oil and gas pipeline market.
In 2013, Pipeline Supply & Service acquired Pipeline Specialties & Supply, R & D Supply, and 24/7 Supply as a strategic alignment for expansion into other energy shale plays for the oil and gas pipeline market.

In 2014, PSS Industrial acquired Pipeline Inspection Company, a US manufacturer of SPY® brand coating, foil/film and geomembrane inspection equipment, jeep meters, and pig tracking equipment serving oil and gas, coating, lining/film industries for over 65 years.
In 2015, PSS Industrial acquired Sam Winer Motors and Power Tool Supply and Service. Sam Winer Motors expanded PSSI’s reach into the OEM industrial and automotive material handling markets. Power Tool Supply and Service added tool repair and service with state-of-the-art tools and expertise.
In 2016, PSS Industrial acquired Airtech Spray Systems to expand into the blast media as well as the paint and coating spray markets. Airtech Spray Systems offers customized solutions, such as plural component spray systems and custom paint booths.
In 2017, PSS Industrial acquired Ace Specialties as an expanded presence into the Permian Basin shale play. Ace Specialties provides pipeline, plant, industrial supplies, and tools to the energy and construction industries.
In 2021, PSS Industrial Group, announced its entry into the pipe, valve and fittings (“PVF”) market to expand the extensive product lines currently offered through its distribution network.
Phillip Goodwin is the Chief Executive Officer at PSS Industrial Group. Prior to this role Phillip served in a number of capacities most recently as President of Midstream Operations. Prior to joining PSSI, Mr. Goodwin was with Distribution NOW since 2011, his last position held being President. Before being named President he served as Vice President of Sales & Operations, Director of Operations, and Director of Business Development. From 2008 to 2011, he was Director of Business Development at Xerox Corporation. Mr. Goodwin began his career in 2004 with Booz Allen Hamilton onsite at NASA's Johnson Space Center, where he led the strategic planning and logistics team for the International Space Station and built logistics and financial models for energy companies. He holds a B.S. degree in Systems Analysis from the University of Miami and an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management.
Chris Mattingly is the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at PSS Industrial Group. In this role, he partners with the stakeholders of the company across various matters of accounting, audit, financial planning, compliance, and reporting. Chris is a seasoned finance and accounting professional with more than 18 years of experience working for both mid-sized and large organizations utilizing various technological solutions and accounting systems. Prior to this role Chris has served in a number of capacities at the company from 2012 to present, most recently as Vice President of Finance. Previously Chris was employed at Reliant Heating and Air Conditioning as the Assistant Controller from 2005 to 2012. Chris graduated from Texas Christian University with a BBA in Finance and Accounting.
As the CTO, Edward (Ed) Hemphill is responsible for corporate supply chain, marketing, and IT/IS. Prior to PSSI Group, Ed founded Macston Services that provided technical and corporate expertise to energy related businesses and litigation consulting on federal court intellectual property lawsuits and international arbitration disputes. Prior to Macston, he was the Vice President of Drilling for Proserv Operations preceded by the Vice President of Engineering, Drilling Division position at Forum Energy Technologies. Ed began his career at Cooper Cameron corporation followed by various positions including the Global Director of Engineering and Quality Assurance during his 10 years of service at Hydril Company and 3 years with General Electric post the acquisition of Hydril Company in 2008. Ed graduated from Texas A&M University with a B.S. in mechanical engineering.
